Updated Ranking System (not implemented)

Here's what would be the best and efficient way to get member into this clan usefully and easily. Not only will the Recruiter do his job recruiting. But the commanders will do there job making sure the Recruiters are doing it well.

My thought is that when a member joins he is still in a recruitment stage. And the Commanders can do there daily check of making sure all new Recruits have been tested. See they way we have it now, is that if a member is to join a clan he has to be tested by both the recruiter and one of the commanders. Yet this new way is that the recruiter lets him in. And the recruiter then contacts one of the commanders (try IS1 or Syn1st3r) and they will test them to rank them up to a Soldier. I will talk with all the commanders about this is they haven't already read this.
